Describe the bug
RPM package will always try to update which creates a broken transaction

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install the RPM from gitea
Try to update
Update sad

Expected behaviour
There should not be an update loop.

OS: Fedora (in a distrobox container)

Additional context
I have no idea what causes this, if it's Goreleaser, Gitea, or RPMs being terrible
